高效液相色谱法测定醋托酚胶囊的含量

摘　　要：建立HPLC法测定醋托酚胶囊的含量。用Hypersil C18柱；流动相：甲醇-0．05mol·L^-1磷酸（75；25）并用三乙胺调节pH为4．0；流速：1．0ml·min^-1；紫外检测波长：231nm。进样量20μl。醋托酚在10～400μg·ml。范围内呈良好的线性关系r=0．99999，回收率99．9％，RSD为0．19％，专属性强。本方法可用于醋托酚胶囊的含量测定，方法简便，准确。A HPLC method was established for the determination of Acetorphan Capsules. Hypersil C18 column was used with methanol - 0.05mol · L^-1 phosphate solution （75 ： 25） as mobile phase. The pH of mobile phase was adjusted to 4. 0 with triethylamine, and the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1. The detecting wavelength was 231nm, and the injection volume was 20μl. There was a good linear relationship （r=0. 99999） when acetorphan was 10-400μg · ml^-1. The average recovery was 99.9% and RSD was 0. 19%. The method was simple and accurate. It could be used for determination of acetorphan capsules.
