关于构建我国体育产业资本市场秩序的思考

摘　　要：主要采用文献资料、调查问卷和综合分析等方法,对构建我国体育产业资本市场秩序问题进行了分析研究,研究表明:建立在我国体育产业资本市场基础上的现代投融资体系,以其杠杆化的功能,已经成为或正在成为现代体育市场经济不断成长的强大推动器,我国体育产业资本市场秩序的规范和建设也就必然成为整个体育市场秩序形成的核心环节和重要基础。体育产业资本市场秩序的核心是维护体育市场透明度.发展和完善我国体育产业资本市场秩序必须规范上市公司治理,形成有效的监督管理体系,不断完善法律法规体系,从而逐步完善体育产业资本市场秩序。In this article, some issues on the construction of the order of capital market of sports industry were studied, The result shows： The modern investment and financing system based on the capital market of China＇s sports industry has become a great impetus to the growth of sports market economy, and the construction and normalization of the order of capital market has naturally become a kernel step and important foundation of the establishment of an orderly sports industry. The core of establishing an orderly sports capital market is to maintain the transparency of sports market, to establish and perfect an effective supervision and administration of these related quoted companies through ceascless improved laws and rules.
