摘　　要：以15 000 kW热媒加热炉为例,介绍了PLC在以油和燃气为燃料的加热炉控制中的应用情况,提出了应用中应当注意的几个问题及处理方法。实际运行效果表明,采用PLC实现热媒炉智能控制鲁棒性好,具有较高的动态和静态控制精度。Take the 15 000 kW heat medium heater as an example,this paper describes the application of PLC in the heater driven by oil or gas. Some issues to be focused on and solutions in the application of PLC of the controlling system for large-scale heater are proposed. The author considers that intelligent controlling of heater with PLC has advantages in high robustness and high dynamic/static controlling accuracy.
