摘  要:漓江桂林水文站多年平均流量132.6 m3/s,枯水期水资源仅占全年水资源量的18.35%,主要成因与气候、流域面积及地质地貌有密切关系,水源林质量下降和沿岸取水量增加又加重了水资源枯季短缺问题,青狮潭水库的年内调节对枯水径流具有积极的作用.漓江枯水导致河流功能性断流严重,不能满足水污染防治用水、生态用水、河道外取水以及旅游通航用水的临界水量.解决漓江枯水问题,确保水资源安全利用,在上游兴建3个生态水库具有重要的意义,水源林保护与建设、社会节水防污力度加强也是不能忽视的辅助措施.The average annual flowing of Lijiang River is 132.6 m^3/s from Guilin Hydrologic Station. Water resources of low water period is only about 18.35% of annual water resources. Though the decrease of forest quality and the increase of abstraction volume from river causes water shortage problems, the main reasons of low water are related with climate, area of basin, geology and geomorphy factors. In addition, annual regulating Qishitan reservoir has a positive effect on runoff in low water period. Low water of Lijiang River leads to serious functional blanking, and its flowing couldn't satisfy the critical volumes needed by water pollution protection, ecologic maintain, abstraction and tourist-boat travel. To solve the problem of low water and ensure water resource utilization, it is significant to bulid the three ecological reservoirs at the upstreams of Lijiang River. In the meantime, water forest protection, society development for water-saving and pollution-decrasing can not be ignored.
