摘　　要：研制了一种用猪肾修饰的碳糊电极，线性范围为１×１０－５～４．５×１０－３ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，检出下限为２．５×１０－６ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，并能较好地抵抗组氨酸的干扰。文章对组胺在电极表面的反应机理作了探讨。A novel carbon paste electrode based on the kidney of the poultry is constructed for the determination of the histamine-a newly confirmed neurotransmitter. The lineal range is 1×10-5～4.5 × 10-3 mol·L-1, With the detection limit 2.5×10-6mol·L-1 and good selectivity over histidine is found. The reaction mechanism of the histamine on the surface of the electrode is also discussed.
