摘　　要：分析了高压电力系统对移动通信基站产生电磁影响的耦合途径,提出了地电位升限值建议和防护隔距计算方法,给出了在特定参数条件下两者间的隔距计算结果和可能采取的防护措施。It analyses the coupling path of emergent EMI to base station by high voltage power system, presents the suggestion on ground potential rise limited value and calculation methods of protection interval, and gives the calculation results of interval under specified parameter conditions and protection measures.
