摘　　要：介绍挤出口模常见结构,分析了影响硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)异型材挤出口模性能的主要结构因素,提出了一种口模结构改进设计方法。改进后的口模具有结构紧凑、装配简单、结构稳定性好等优点,综合性能有显著提高。The normal structures of extrusion die were presented. The factors influencd the performance of PVC-U profile extrusion were analyzed. An improvement design of die was put forward. The integrative performance of die was improved markedly, with compact structrue, simple assembling and good structure stability.
