中西医结合治疗梅毒47例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗梅毒的临床疗效。方法:将79例一、二期梅毒患者随机分为2组。治疗组47例, 采用中西医结合治疗,以西药苄星青霉素加中药解毒汤(处方:土茯苓、紫花地丁、金银花、白鲜皮、白花蛇舌草、百部、野菊花、甘草)治疗。对照组32例,单纯用西药苄星青霉素治疗。结果:治疗3月后,快速梅毒血浆反应素试验(RPR)转阴治疗组6例,对照组1例,转阴率分别为12．77％、3．13％;6月后RPR转阴治疗组11例,对照组2例,转阴率分别为23．40％、 6．25％;3月及6月2组RPR转阴率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0．05)。1年半后复查RPR转阴情况:治疗组转阴46 例,对照组转阴27例,转阴率分别为97．87％、84．38％,2组转阴率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0．05)。结论:中西医结合治疗梅毒比单纯用苄星青霉素疗效好,能缩短RPR的转阴时间,提高转阴率。Objective： To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine （WM） for syphilis. Methods： 79 cases of syphilis （Ⅰ and Ⅱstage） were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group was treated by benzathine penicillin （BP） 2. 4 million unit once a week for 3 times continuously and added with Jiedu Tang （composed of Rhizoma Smilacis, Herba Violae, Flos Lonicerae, Cortex Dictanmi, Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, Radix Stemonae, Flos Chrysanthemi Indicae and Radix Glycyrrhizae）. The control group （32 cases） was treated by same dosage of BP alone. Results： After 3 months of treatment the syphilis rapid plasma regain （RPR） test became negative in 6 cases （12.77%） of treatment group and 1 case （3.13%） of control group. Alter 6 months of treatment, RPR became negative in 11 cases （23.40%） of treatment group and 2 cases （6. 25% ） of control group, the difference of RPR negativity after 3 and 6 months of treatment showed significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Follow- up after one and half year, 46 cases （97. 87% ） in treatment group and 27 cases （84. 38% ） in control group became negative （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM combined with WM is superior to that by BP alone for syphilis, it can shorten the time of RPR negativity and the rate of negativity.
