摘　　要：详细报道了在注入光敏三极管的研究工作中发现的几个较有意义的实验结果，它为研制出使用更为方便、特性更好的间接耦合光电三极管提供了很有价值的参考资料，也有助于机理问题的最终解决。Some important experimental results about injection phototransistor are reported in detail in this paper.The results provide valuable data for fabricating indirect -coupling phototransistor with excellent performance and convenient usage.It will be helpful to the final resolution to the operating mechanism.
