摘　　要：通过介绍NE556双时基集成电路构成的非接触式电容传感器电路的工作原理、安装方法、调试和防干扰措施及工作特点,使此技术应用到工业生产中的物体位置的检测和控制。由于该传感器使用了参考电容与工作电容,它们的结构相似,并且安装在相似位置,处于相同的工作环境,所以该传感器具有不怕灰尘、潮湿、高温等特点。调试后,不需维护,具有工作可靠、抗干扰能力强、成本较低等特点,适合于工况较差的矿山、冶金等行业中。Through introducing the operational principle, installation method, test, anti-interference measures and operation features of the contactless capacitance transducer composed of NE556 dual time base integrated circuit, the technology is applicable into detect and control of the position of object in industrial production. The transducer features dust-proof, wet-proof and high temperature resistance because it composes of reference capacitance and operational capacitance that are in similar structure, installed in similar position, and under the same operational environment. Once the transducer was tested, no maintenance is required. It is suitable for poor operational conditions in mining and metallurgical area because of its features of low cost, reliability and high anti- interference capability.
