摘 要:主题景区是主题公园的延伸与发展。基于对主题景区概念与特征的界定,以国家A级旅游区(点)中319家主题景区为研究对象,通过全面分析其数量、类型、空间分布与发展规律,总结出中国主题景区由娱乐性转向休闲性、由低收益转向高收益的发展规律,并预测其未来发展将出现空间集聚、市场导向型分布和类型多样化三大趋势。Themed scenic spots, which are the new development of theme parks, have been developed quickly these years. Though there are plenty of literatures about theme parks, there is still little study on themed scenic spots. According to there characters of themed scenic spots, this paper selects 319 themed scenic sports from all 1 388 national A grade .scenic sports qualified by CNTA, and analyzes their quantity, classification, spatial distribution and development trend in the future from a holistic view. The findings demonstrate that the development of themed scenic spot has been in a stagnant stage in its lifeeycle since 2002, and the themed scenic spots almost concentrate in eight zones and have a goed spatial relationship with their surrounding dries. EXiting the development of themed scenic sport, they are changing from entertainment to leisure and from low profitability to high profitability. At last three major tendencies of themed scenic sports are predicted, which are spatial centralization, market- oriented distribution, and diversification of types.
