摘　　要：针对西北工业大学NF-6风洞(增压连续式跨音速风洞)AV90-2轴流压缩机试车调试期间出现的轴流压缩机轴承座漏油问题,分析了故障产生的原因,并提出了加大回油孔和回油管路,在压缩机进、排气端轴端密封套上增加密封环,以及在压缩机两端回油腔体上增加放空管路等改进措施。改进后使用结果表明:轴流压缩机运转正常,润滑油回油通畅,压缩机轴承座无润滑油泄漏。To the oil leakage malfunction during trial-run debugging of the bearing box of AV90-2 axial compressor of NF-6 wind tunnel （which is pressured continuous transonic wind tunnel）in Northwestern Polytechnical University, the reason was analyzed, and some improved measures were put forward, such as enlarging the sizes of oil-returning hole and oilreturning pipeline, attaching sealed ring on the gland cover of intake and exhaust sides of compressor, as well as adding exhaust pipeline on the both sides of oil-returning cavity of compressor and so on. The final result by above measures shows the axial flow compressor is in working order, lubricating oil returns smoothly, and there is no lubricating oil leakage in bearing box of compressor.
