乳腺肿块间质结构改变对判断肿块性质的超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价高频超声观察乳腺间质内纤维结构(深、浅筋膜和Cooper’s韧带)改变对判断乳腺肿块性质的诊断价值。方法乳腺肿块38例(恶性27例,良性11例),术前高频超声扫查,观察肿块周围纤维结构的声像图改变。结果良、恶性肿块中浅、深筋膜和Cooper’s韧带发生改变的机率差异有显著性意义(P=0.0180)。结论高频超声观察乳腺肿块周围纤维结构的改变对判断肿块性质有明显的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of hyperresohtion ultrasound on the quality of breast mass with observing the changes of intertial tissue （ deep , superficial fascia and Cooper＇s ligament ） in the breast. Methods Before operation, the sonographic feature of intertial tissue in 38 breast masses, including 27eases malignant and 11 cases benign masses, were observed with hyperresohtion ultrasound. Results The change rate of interstitial tissue around breast mass between malignant and benign masses was significantly different （ P = 0. 0180）. Conclusion Observing of interstitial changes around the breast mass with hyperresolution ultrasound play an important role for diagnosing breast mass.
