摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定肾茶药材中迷迭香酸含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定肾茶药材中迷迭香酸的含量,色谱柱:HypersilODS-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(40∶60)为流动相;流速为1.0mL/min;紫外检测波长为280nm;柱温为25℃。结果该法可测定肾茶药材中迷迭香酸的含量,迷迭香酸在0.1076~0.5380μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.54%,RSD=1.25%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,可作为肾茶药材中迷迭香酸的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in Clerodendranthus spicatus. Methods The determination was performed in Hypersil ODS - C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol - 0. 1% phosphoric acid water solution(40 : 60) and UV detection wavelength was at 280 nm . The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the column temperature was at 25 ℃. Results The content of rosmarinie acid in Clerodendranthus spicatus could be determined by HPLC . There is a good linearity between the absorption peak area and the amount range of 0. 107 6 - 0. 538 0μg. The average recovery was 98.5 % . Conclusion This method is simple , accurate and can be used to determine the contents of rosmarinie acid in Clerodendranthus spicatus.
