摘　　要：回顾了济钢第一炼铁厂350 m3高炉14年来的喷煤进展情况;介绍了喷煤系统提高喷煤比以及高炉在提高精料水平、优化工艺制度、组织富氧喷煤等项技术改造和技术攻关的工作;指出了目前喷煤水平与先进指标的差距;提出了进一步提高喷煤比的技术措施。The fourteen years＇ practice of coal powder injection in 350 m^3 blast furnace in rviewed. The issues about high coal injection ratio, the series technological reform task and the efforts on rising beneficiated material level, optimizing process and organizing oxygen enrichment injection are introduced. The paper also points out the gap between Jigang and advanced industries, and proposes the measures for increasing coal injection ratio.
