摘　　要：提出了一种进行DTS联网和调度员联合反事故演习的新方法,即通过计算机网络技术把各个参演单位的DTS系统连接起来,通过相互交换其边界节点和联络线(联络变)的潮流信息来实现对外网的等值模拟。并对整个DTS联合反事故演习的模拟方式、事件流程等等提出了一些解决方案。通过该方案,可以将参演的各级DTS系统有效地连接起来以达到联合反事故演习的目的,从而有效地提高DTS的实用水平。This paper presents a new method of connection among DTS in dispatching centers to accomplish the combined anti-accident exercises. That is, the DTS of dispatching centers is connected by the interact technology, and the equivalent exterior grid is simulated by exchanging the power flow of the neighboring boundary node and tie line. Some solutions to simulation mode, event flow and so on of combined exercise are provided. As a result, the practice of DTS is promoted.
