摘  要:用简易荧光计研究了在微酸性介质中钯-碘化钾-溴化十六烷基三甲基铵体系的共振光散射光谱,考查了光谱特征、影响因素和适宜的反应条件,确定了散射光强度与溶液中钯浓度的关系,提出了共振光散射法测定钯的方法。钯的线性范围为0.0—0.5μg/mL,检出限为0.005μg/mL。该法可用于电镀废水中钯浓度的测定。The resonance light scattering spectrum of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide in subacidity medium was enhanced significantly in the presence of [ PdI4 ]^2- solution. The spectral characteristics, the affecting factors and the optimum conditions of the reaction were investigated by easy fluorophotometer. A new method based on the relationship of the intensity of resonance light scattering to the concentration of Pd^2+ in sample solution was established. The detection limit and the linear range for Pd^2+ were 0. 005 μg/ mL and 0.0 -0.5 μg/mL, respectively. The proposed method has been used to determine Pd^2+ in electroplating waste water sample.
