花都区1992—2004年人间布鲁氏菌病监测分析

摘　　要：目的掌握花都区人间布病流行分布情况,为今后制定防治策略提供依据。方法对辖内受布病威胁的重点人群进行布鲁氏菌病监测。结果 1992—2004年布病监测血清学共检测1559人,阳性2人,阳性率0．13％。阳性者为男性,职业为兽医,感染年龄在20～30岁。结论通过采取综合防制措施,有效地控制了人间布病的发生。但仍要长期进行人间布病监测及畜间布病检疫净化工作,才能巩固布病达标效果。Objective To analyze the epidcmiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Huadu district and to provide scientific evidence for future preventive and control measures. Method Surveillance was carried out among high risk groups of brucellosis in Huadu district. Results Serological test results showed that from 1992 to 2004,2 out of 1 559 persons were positive for brucellosis （0.13%）.Both the infected persons were male veterinarian aged 20-30. Conclusion Through comprehensive preventive and control measures, human brucellosis has been effectively controlled. However, to consolidate the success that already has been achieved, surveillance of brucellosis among human being and animals should be continued on a long-term basis.
