摘  要:以松针、草糠、麦粒和麸皮为主料、添加营养元素进行多组配比,再接种干巴菌菌种培养,根据培养特征找出最佳的配比培养基,用于半人工栽培实验。根据实验结果,选出了松针麦粒培养基为二级培养基,松针麸皮培养基为菌包培养基,并得出pH5.8、料:水比为1:1.5最适于干巴菌菌丝生长。In order to find the best culture medium and the most suitable conditions for cultivating Thelephora ganbajun Zang, semi-artificial cultivating experiment has been carried out and it's the main ingredients of culture medium with some other nutrient elements are pine needle, hay chaff, wheat seed and bran. The results of the experiment are as follows: ①he ingredients of pine needle and wheat seed are used as the further culture medium,and the ingredients of pine needle and wheat bran as the mycelium-packing culture medium;②the most suitable culture conditions for mycelium cultivation is pH5.8 and the proportion of the ingredients to water is 1:1.5.
