超声引导下经颈静脉肝内门体分流术

摘　　要：本文报道经颈静脉肝内门体分流术治疗２６例门脉高压症，术前由彩色多普勒超声检查．术中Ｂ超引导穿刺，并获成功，使门脉与肝静脉平均压力梯度从３．３３ｋＰａ下降到０．８２ｋＰａ。此手术安全、简便、定位准确，且穿刺成功率高。Twenty-six potients with portal hypertension underwent transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic stent shunt(TIPSS). Before the proceduce the portal and hepatic venous systems with color Doppler ultrasonopraphy instead of x ray have been vistalize and located. During the proceduce if was under US guidance, too. All has haen succesful. The suctemic pressure gradient has dripped from 3. 33kpa to 0. 82kpa. TIPSS is safety, simplified located accuratly and higher successful.
