石斛复方制剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：通过该复方制剂对小鼠自发性和ConA刺激的脾淋巴细胞~3H-TdR掺入的影响,以观察该药对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:该药对小鼠自发性和ConA刺激的脾淋巴细胞~3H-TdR掺入的影响中,石斛各组和西洋参各组与阴性对照组比较均有显著性升高(P均<0.05),且于中高剂量组,石斛药液组疗效高于西洋参组(P<0.05和P<0.01),提示:该药可能通过显著地提高机体免疫功能而起到有效的抗衰老的作用。The effect of Compound Preparation of Dendrobium on the spontaneous and Con A stimulated incorporation of H—TdR in splenic lymphocyte was used for observing the effect of the preparation on the immunologic function of mice. The result showed that the effects in each group of Dendrobium and in each group of American Ginseng were obviously higher than those in negative groups(P(0. 05). Moreover,the effects in the middle and Large dosagc groups of Dendrobium were higher than those in American Ginseng groups respectively(P<0.05 and P<0.01). In indicates that, the preparation of Dendrobium has the effect of antisenility through the effect of improving immunologic function.
