摘　　要：应用推按运经仪为主治疗胆系结石30例,总有效率93.33%,疗效与辨证分型关系密切,我们认为湿热证处于急性早期,其胆道压力较高,推按运经与消炎利胆配合治疗可起因势利导作用,达到较好疗效。30 cases of gallstones were mainly Treated with Tuian Yunjing Yi (Meridian Promoting Massor), and the total effective rate was 93. 33%. The effect was closely related to TCM syndrome differentiation. The authors think that the syndrome of damp—heat exists in the early and acute stage which the pressure of bialiary tract is higher. The manipulation for promoting the circulation of meridian with Xiaoyan Lidan Heji (Mixture for Anti—inflammatory And Choleretic)has the beffer effect in accordance with condition of the disease.
