摘  要:为了探讨口蘑多糖(?)免疫功能的影响,应用小白鼠24只,分实验组与对照组进行观察。结果表明,小白鼠腹腔注射口蘑多糖8天,其血清中溶菌酶含量显著增高,巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数均显著高于对照组(均P<0.001),提示口蘑多糖具有增强机体非特异性免疫功能的作用。The aim of this study was to explore the effect of Kou - mushroom polysaccharide on immunity. Twenty - four mice were used and divided into experimental group and control group. Results showed that the lysozyme content in serum of mice was significantly increased afterthe Kou - mushroom polysacchande pentoneal mjection performed for eight days. In experimental group the rate of phagocytosis and phagocytic index of coeliac macrophages were higher than that of control group ( P<0. 001 ). The present results suggest that Kou - mushroom polysaccharide plays an important role m mcreasing the ability of nonspecific immunity of the body.
