摘　　要：通过开展设备全员化管理,加强日常设备管理,尤其注重细节管理,努力抓好设备的管、用、修,使延迟焦化装置全部设备由一年一次大检修延长到两年一次大检修,并逐步向三年一次大检修目标迈进。By spreading movement of the whole—staff management to strengthen equipment daily management,especially concentrate on the detail management and make efforts to manage, use and mend equipment reasonably,that ensure every equipment of delay coker from overhaul once in one year prolonged to overhaul once in two year and gradually steps to the target of overhaul once in three year.
