摘　　要：浮环密封是离心式压缩机轴端密封经常采用的结构形式。文章介绍了浮环密封的基本结构、原理,并对浮环密封运行中出现的外浮环压差较低、外回油偏流、浮环磨损、参考气管道积液等问题进行了分析,提出了浮环密封安全稳定运行的条件与注意事项。Floating ring is a structure often used in the shaft end seal of centrifugal compressor. This article introduces a basic structure and principle of the floating ring,analyzes the fail- ures of the floating ring seal in the operation such as low pressure difference at external float- ing ring,bias flow of external return oil,wear of floating ring and overstocking liquid at refer- ence gas pipe.And put forward the condition and attention matters for the safe and stable op- eration of the floating—ring seal.
