乙醛装置精馏塔内蒸汽入口管裂纹产生的原因分析

摘　　要：大庆石化分公司化工二厂乙醛装置精馏塔内的蒸汽入口短管,使用7年后产生了许多裂纹或腐蚀孔。经过对试样化学成分、断口形貌、组织形貌等各方面的分析认为,是00Cr17Ni14Mo3材质蒸汽入口短管在含Cl^-较高的废水中长期浸泡引起的应力腐蚀所致。文中提出了处理办法,并列举了该塔操作中应注意的事项。The steam suction tubulature in recti- fication column of acetaldehyde plant of No.ⅡChemical Works of Daqing Petrochemical Incor- poration has many cracks and corrosion holes af- ter running seven years.Based on the analysis on the aspect of its chemical composition,rent appearance and structure mode,it is recognized that the cracks and corrosion holes is because of the 00Cr17Nil4Mo3 steam suction tubulature being long—term immersed in the waste water with high C1 content,Here in the article the pro- posal is put forward and list some matters nee- ding attention on the operation of column.
