摘  要:报道了采用以沸石为填料的生物滴滤池净化处理氨氮臭气和味精厂恶臭废气的试验结果,研究表明,净化氨氮生物滴滤池的挂膜与生物驯化,可通过城市污水厂污泥接种、活性污泥挂膜、低浓度氨氮气体直流通气驯化的方式获得良好的效果.在此基础上,加入特定菌液能较快地培养出适宜处理味精厂恶臭废气的微生物种群,且能获得较满意的净化效果.以沸石为填料的生物滴滤池均能较好地应用于净化处理氨氮臭气和味精厂恶臭废气,进气氨氮浓度小于300mg/m3时,其脱臭率始终大于95%.味精厂高强度恶臭废气在进气量小于3.0m3/h时,系统除臭效果好,这为解决味精厂等恶臭废气的污染问题提供了新的方法,具有很好的市场应用前景.This paper reports the experimental results of the use of a trickle-bed air biofilter (TBAB) packed with zeolite filter for the odor removal of ammonia and the waste gas produced in monosodium glutamate plants. This research demonstrates that during the process of biofilm formation and acclimatization, considerable effects can be obtained by activated sludge inoculation and culture and then direct ventilation of low concentrations of ammonia. On this basis, the microbiological species, suitable for the treatment of odorant in monosodium glutamate plants, can be cultivated quickly through adding the special liquid biota. At the same time, the TBAB appears to be quite satisfactory in purification efficiency. The experiment has shown that the TBAB filled with zeolite can be applied to the odor removal from waste gases: More than 95 % elimination rate has been achieved with the influent ammonia nitrogen concentration below 300mg/m^3. Under the condition of the gas flow rate below 3m^3/h, the TBAB also has a marked deodorizing performance for the waste gas of high intensity in monodosium glutamate plants. Such system can offer a new way for the solution to the odorous gas pollution and thus there are great market application prospects.
