摘 要:通过对鞍钢第二炼钢厂复吹转炉、RH精炼处理、中间包及铸坯取样分析,结果表明冷轧IF钢表面夹杂物主要来自中间包二次氧化产生的大于100μm的簇群状、块状的Al2O3夹杂物,并且主要分布在铸坯表面层或上1/4层厚度。优化结晶器浸入式水口几何参数,加强保护浇铸措施,开发中间包湍流控制器新技术,可以有效地防止钢液的二次氧化。大批量生产IF钢板过程中,夹杂物废品率由10.37%降低到0.61%。The samples taken from combined blowing converters, RH refining vessel, tundish and slab at No. 2 steel plant, Ansteel were investigated. The results show that the surface inclusions of cold rolled IF steel product mainly consisted of the cluster and lump A12O3 inclusions above 100 /μm because of re oxidation in tundish, and they were predominantly located in slab surface layer and at one forth of slab thickness. In order to prevent re-oxidation of liquid steel, the design parameters of SEN, the protective casting were optimized and a new turbulence inhibitor was developed. Then the scrap rate due to inclusions in mass production of the IF steel strip was decreased from 10.37 % to 0.61%
