摘  要:连轧过程张力是最主要的因素,研究了张力对力臂的影响规律:前张力使力臂增加。分析得出影响张力(活套)变化的主要因素是厚度,所以认清了日本、德国等在20世纪70年代精轧机取消活套的技术未能在工业轧机上推广应用的原因。修改监控参数和单参数张力观测器,提高了厚度控制精度和张力控制精度,厚差±30μm比例增加了5%以上;张力波动减小了50%。Tension is a key factor in the process of continuous rolling. The effect of tension on arm of force was studied that: forward tension can enhance the arm of force. The results showed that gauge has a main effect on tension (lopper) and then the reason that German and Japan didn't put non-looper technology into industrial application in 1970s was drawn. Adjusting monitor parameters and one parameter tension control apparatus improved the precision of gauge control and tension control. The percentage of products which gauge is within ± 30μm was increased by over 5%, the tension fluctuation was reduced by 50%.
