摘　　要：奥钢联中厚板公司于2000年启动一项投资计划,除对厚板轧机的电气和机械设备进行改造外,还更新了全套轧机自动化系统,对热矫直机也进行了改造。投资目标成功实现,满足厚板市场当前及未来对于优质产品的要求。In the year 2000, voestalpine started an investment program targeted at increasing profitability by increasing mill throughput and yield, as well as to enable the fulfillment of future requirements in product quality. In addition to a partial revamp of the electrical equipment and mechanical modifications, a key aspect of this investment was the replacement of the complete mill-automation system. Also the modernization of the hot leveler had the objective of improving product quality as well as to extend the range of product dimensions. The goals of the investment program could be fully achieved. Voestalpine Grobblech is now ready to fulfill not only today＇s, but also tomorrow＇s requirements of the high quality segment of the plate market.
