摘　　要：目的:总结348例70岁以上老年冠心病患者的临床麻醉方法选择。方法:对我科2000至2004年348例围术期老年冠心病患者进行严密的临床观察和妥善处理。结果:全组病例麻醉手术期间无死亡。结论:术前全面了解病情作好麻醉准备,合理选择麻醉方法,术中维持血流动力学稳定,保持心肌氧供需平衡,做好麻醉各种监测是减少围术期并发症和死亡率的要点。Objective： To summarize selection of the anesthesia method of the old coronary heart disease patient over 70 for 348. Method.. From 2000 to 2004,348 elderly patients with coronary heart disease at perioperative period were given earefully clinical observation and treatment. Result： The patients had no death while anaesthetizing in the ofmralion. Conclusion： Having a proper preanesthesia before operation and selecting the optimal anesthetization, maintainlrtg stable hemodynamie, giving enough oxygen consumption of myocardium, monitoring vital signs are the key of releasing anesthesia complications and death rate.
