剖宫产术中对合并子宫肌瘤处理的探讨

摘　　要：目的:评价剖宫产术中同时剔除子宫肌瘤的可行性和安全性。方法:收集1996年1月￣2001年3月间8958例剖宫产术中的258例同时剔除子宫肌瘤的患者,选择其中资料完整的232例进行分析并随访。结果:该组患者剖宫产术中采用本科自行创建的简便方法,肿瘤全部顺利切除。平均手术时间45min(30￣96min),皮肤为美容缝合法,术后平均住院5.76d(3￣28d),平均出血量169.53ml(50￣1000ml)。术后均有病理报告证实。随访4.5年￣9年,均无需再次手术。结论:剖宫产术中采用自行创建的简便方法、尽可能同时剔除子宫肌瘤,安全可行。Objective： To evaluate the feasibility and safety of myomectomy during cesarean section. Methods： The cases with cesarean section were recruited into the study between January 1996 and March 2001 in our hospital, Among them, 258 cases had myomeetomy.Two hundred and thirty-two cases were followed up and had adequate data for analysis. Results：The simple method of myomectomy that we established was applied for every case.All cases＇ myomas were removed successfully.The average operation time was 45 minutes （range 30-96 minutes）.All the cases＇ skins were sutured intracutaneously.The average duration of post-operative hospital stay was 5,76 days （range 3-28 days）. The mean blood loss was 169.53 ml （range 50-1000ml）. All cases＇ myomas were confirmed by histology. The follow-up periods were 4.5 years to 9 years, No patients needed second operation because of myoma. Conclusion： The simple method of myomectomy that we established during cesarean section is feasible and safe.
