摘 要:研究了株洲火力发电厂粉煤灰的化学组成、矿物组成、差热性质及相关工艺性能。以粉煤灰为主要原料,铜官粘土和低温砂为辅助原料.成功研制了一种性能符合国际标准、烧成温度仅为1230℃、吸水率为0.26%、深黄绿色的全瓷建筑饰面砖,并对全瓷饰面砖的工艺过程控制、烧结机理、试验样品品质和性能及显微形貌进行了较深入的研究。最优配方中的粉煤灰掺加量高达70%,既为制备陶瓷所需的天然原料找到了替代品,又可有效实现固体废弃物粉煤灰的资源化。Chemical and mineral composition, DTA property and relative processing properties of coal cinder ash discharged from thermal power plant as raw material for tile body were analyzed. A fully vitrified decorative tile measuring up to international standard (ISO/DIS 13006-1994) was prepared at 1230~C employing the coal cinder ash as main raw material, together with Tongguan clay and low-temperature sand-stone as additives; product thus prepared has a water absorption of 0.26 (wt%) in dark yellow-green. The author also discussed the sintering mechanism, micro-structure and processing route. Experimental results show that the optimal amount of coal cinder is 70(wt%) of the total raw materials used; therefore, coal cinder can be used as a good substitute for natural raw materials and simutaneously it is an envirement friendly way for coal ash from the thermal power plant.
