摘　　要：辊道窑是生产建筑瓷砖的现代化窑炉,烧成时间缩短,截面上下温度均匀,具备其他工业窑炉无法比拟的优点。但也会经常出现一些烧成上的缺陷,例如开裂、变形、尺寸偏差、黑心和釉面缺陷等等,本文针对各种烧成缺陷分析并提出相应的解决方法。Roller kiln as a modern option used for the production of construction ceramics has over other industrial kilns such incomparable advantages as shortened firing time and evenly distributed firing temperature profile, but it also causes some firing flaws, including cracks, deformation, black hearts and glazing defects. This paper analyzes these firing flaws and puts forth their corresponding solutions.
