摘 要:制备了高折射率钐离子掺杂铋碲酸盐玻璃,测量并利用Brewster定律计算的玻璃折射率nd=2.344。测试与分析了玻璃的吸收和荧光光谱,根据Judd Ofelt理论对吸收光谱进行了拟合,求得Sm3+的光谱参量Ωt(t=2,4,6)分别为4.73×10^(-20),2.78×10^(-20),1.77×10^(-20)cm2,并进一步计算了Sm3+在玻璃中各能级跃迁的振子强度、自发辐射跃迁几率、辐射寿命和荧光分支比等光谱参数。激发光谱表明:氩离子激光器和紫外、蓝色激光二极管及发光二极管是Sm^(3+)掺杂铋碲酸盐玻璃有效的泵浦光源。Sm^3+-doped bismuth tellurite glasses with high refractive indexes were synthesized. The refractive index na of Sm^3+- doped bismuth tellurite glasses was measured by a new method using Brewster angle, and the nd is 2. 344 at 589 nm. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of the glass were measured and analyzed. The absorption spectra were fitted with the JuddOfelt theory. The intensity parameter of the glassΩt(t=2, 4, 6 ) is 4.73×10^20, 2.78×10^20 and 1.77×10^20 cm^2, respectively. Then the relative intensity of spectral lines of every energy level transition, radiative transition probabilities, radiative lifetimes and fluorescence branching ratio were calculated. In the Sm^3+ -doped bismuth tellurite glasses, Sm^3+ emits intense reddish-orange lights under the excitation of long-wave ultraviolet(UV) and blue lights. Absorption and excitation spectra indicate that commercial UV and blue laser diodes, blue and bluish- green light-emltting diodes and Ar^+ lasers are powerful excitation sources for Sm^3+ visible fluorescence in the glass with a high refractive index.
