外剥内扎加括约肌切断术治疗混合痔58例临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨一种合理的治疗多发混合痔的手术方法，减少术后并发症的发生，采用外剥内扎加肛门括约肌切断术治疔多发混合痔58例，并与单纯外剥内扎术比较，结果表明，两组疗效与治愈时间相似，但浚手术方法操作简单、安全有效、并发症少、肛门外形美观。The combined surgical procedures of anal sphineterotomy plus external dissection ＆ internal ligation were performed in 58 cases with multiple mixed hemorrhoids with the attempt to find out a more reasonable surgical method in the treatment of muhiple mixed hemorroids （group A）. The therapeutic re sults of group A was compared with that of group B who received external dissection ＆ internal ligation only. Results showed that the therapeutic effect and the cure period of time were similar in the two groups, while the combined surgical procedure had more strong points, such as simple manipulation, safety, less complications and better outward appearance of the anus.
