摘　　要：分析了原Φ108mm三辊轧管机组的生产工艺特点及存在问题,介绍了用先进工艺和设备对该机组生产线及局部设备进行技术改造的概况,提出了今后在生产和技术改造中应注意的问题。The process characteristics and existing problems of Φ108mm three-high tube-rolling mill were analyzed, The general situation of the reformation of this production line was introduced. Meanwhile, some important points which should be attended in the production were put forward.
