摘　　要：简要介绍了合肥钢铁集团有限公司小型厂剪切电控系统的组成及控制过程。并介绍了针对倍尺剪切精度和倍尺优化剪切控制存在的问题及采取的改进措施,改进后保证了倍尺长度的稳定性,提高了成材率,节约了能源。The electric control system of shearing of Small .Section Steel Plant of Hefei Iron ＆ Steel Group Co., Ltd.was simply introduced.The improvement measures were applied for shearing precision and optimizational control.Therefore, the stability of double length is assured and the yield is increased.
