摘　　要：介绍了重庆钢铁股份有限公司高速线材轧机硬质合金辊环的选择、安装、冷却以及其对水质的要求,并简要介绍了生产中轧槽轧制量的设定,以及轧槽的磨损与修复等。通过摸索,辊耗已从0.073kg/t降至0.01kg/t。The choice, installation, cooling and cooling water quality requirement of carbide roll ring were introduced, which used in high-speed wire rod mill of Chongqing lron and Steel Co., Ltd. The rolling amount, wearing and repairing of groove were introduced. By trying production, the roll wearing was decreased from 0.073kg/t to 0.01kg/t.
