摘　　要：大隆水利枢纽工程是海南省的重点工程。在工程建设中建立了科学的环境保护体系,从提高建设者的生态环境保护意识入手,加强施工期的环境管理,创建环境友好施工场地。这样做,在利用自然资源的同时,也减免工程施工可能带来的生态环境影响和破坏。Dalong Water Control Project is a key project in Hainan Province. During the construction, a scientific environment protection system is established, in which the environment management during the construction is strengthened through enhancing the consciousness of the constructors to create an environment-friendly construction site. In this way, the possible impact and damage from the construction are greatly alleviated, while the natural resources are utilized.
