摘 要:以油田和炼油厂常用的65Y60型离心油泵为研究对象,在分别改变叶轮前、后口环,并同时改变前、后口环间隙的条件下,研究了离心油泵输送清水时口环间隙变化对泵性能的影响。研究结果表明,口环间隙的改变对离心油泵的性能有较大影响,其中前口环对性能的影响比后口环的影响要大。口环间隙的改变对离心油泵最优工况参数也有影响,流量改变一般在2m3/h之内,扬程下降最多可达6m,效率下降可达8%。The centrifugal oil pump of type 65Y60 was selected as a test model here. The effects of the variations of wear-ring clearance on the performance of the pump have been investigated via experiments when pumping water. When the experiments were performed, the clearances of wear-rings on shroud, on hub as well as on both shroud and hub were enlarged respectively. Through detailed study, the conclusions can be made that the effects of the variations of wear-ring clearance on the performance of the pump are notable and the clearance of wear-rings on shroud affects the performance stronger than on hub. The performance parameters at best efficiency point can be influenced by the clearances too. Under the current experimental conditions, the increase in the clearances will cause the maximum change of ± 2m^3/h in flow rate, decrease 6m in head, and decrease 8% in efficiency respectively at the best efficiency point.
