摘 要:在对高双折射光纤(HBF)环镜进行理论分析的基础上,报道了一种用于检测微振动的新型高速光纤光栅(FBG)解调系统,进而提出了一种加速解调的新方法。选择适合Bragg波长的光栅作传感FBG,用光纤环镜的线形区对其反射谱进行滤波,检测输出光强的变化频率即可得到振源的频率。如果对测量值进行标定,还可以通过对测量值曲线求二次导数得到振源的加速度曲线。系统波长分辨率为0.19pm,振幅分辨率为0.012mm,振幅和频率测量范围分别是0.012-5.000mm、0~2kHz。Based on theoretical analyses of high birefringence fiber(HBF) loop mirror, a high-speed demodulation system used for micro-vibration detection is developed. And based on this system,a new method to demodulate acceleration is proposed. By selecting fiber grating with appropriate Bragg wavelength, utilizing the linear region of fiber loop mirror to realize wavelength filtering,and detecting the changing frequency of the output optical intensity, the frequency of vibration source can be obtained. If the measurement data are demarcated, the acceleration curve can also be calculated by solving the second order differential coefficient of measurement curve. The wavelength resolution of the demodulation system is 0.19 pm,with amplitude resolution of 0. 012 mm,ampitude scope of 0. 012-5. 000 mm and frequency ranging from 0 to 20 kHz.
