6-BA和NAA对钙果试管苗生长的影响

摘　　要：将钙果的试管苗分别接种在含有不同质量浓度的NAA、6-BA及二者相互组合的MS培养基中,结果表明,NAA质量浓度为0.1mg/L时,钙果试管苗生长适宜的6-BA质量浓度为0.5mg/L;当6-BA质量浓度为0.5mg/L时,适宜的NAA质量浓度为0.15～0.50mg/L。6-BA与NAA组合的适宜质量浓度分别为0.5mg/L和0.5mg/L,质量浓度比为1∶1。An experiment was conducted to inoculate the young shoots of Cerasus humilis test-tube planflets to MS media with different concentrations of 6-BA or NAA, or the mixture of 6-BA and NAA, respectively. Results showed that the suitable concentration of 6-BA for C. humilis test-tube plantlets growth was 0.5 mg/L at the concentration of 0.1 mg/L NAA, while the proper concentration of NAA was from 0.15 to 0.50 mg/L at the concentration of 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA. For the mixture of 6-BA and NAA, the optimum concentration was 0.5 mg/L for both 6-BA and NAA, namely the proportion of 6-BA and NAA was 1：1.
