摘　　要：目的探讨心力衰竭患者的心率变异性(HRV)及左心室功能的关系。方法回顾性分析120例不同程度的心力衰竭患者24h心率变异性,并与95例临床检查无心脏病者对照。结果心力衰竭存在心率变异性缩小。以心功能Ⅳ级的HRV缩小阳性率显著提高,与对照组比较两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。同时提示心功能Ⅳ级者左心室射血分数明显降低,其HRV也显著缩小(P<0.05)。心力衰竭伴与不伴严重室性心律失常HRV比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论心功能损害程度与HRV异常相一致。故HRV可作为预测心力衰竭患者的病情和预后的监测指标。[Objective] To explore the relationship of heart rate variability（HRV） with the left ventricular function. [Methods] The 24-hour HRV were analyzed in 120 patients with heart failure and the control group. [Resuits] The HRV was obviously reduced in the patients with heart failure, especially in those of NYHA classes IV, than in control group （P 〈0.01）. It also indicated that HRV was significantly reduced following the left ventricular ejection fraction became lower （P 〈0.05） in the patients of NYHA classes IV. And there was significant difference between the patients with heart failure who were with or without severe ventricular arrhythmias （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] The injury level of cardiac function corresponds with the HRV, and the HRV can become the index of state and prognosis of the patients with heart failure.
