摘  要:通过外周电刺激坐骨神经,采用单个神经元细胞外记录的方法,观察大鼠海马CA 1神经元对外周电刺激信号的编码作用。结果发现,多串电刺激后,大鼠海马CA 1神经元爆发式放电数量明显增加,且动作电位个数大于3的爆发式放电数目也明显增多。实验结果说明大鼠海马CA 1神经元对外周传入信号具有编码作用,参与对信号的调制。To investigate the coding effects of hippocampal CAl neurons to peripheral afferent signals in rats, extracellular single unit discharge recording and electrical stimulation of sciatic nerves were used. The results revealed that the bursting number were increased after several strain stimuli. And the bursting number of action potentials more than 3 were increased also. From these results we can conclude that hippocampal CAl neurons can modulate peripheral afferent signals and have encoding effects to them.
