摘  要:在2004年1至5月对贵阳市南明河三江口至水口寺水质研究的基础上,选择5个断面于2004年10月、2005年1月和5月按平水期、枯水期和丰水期对南明河的底栖动物再次进行了监测,2005年5月对底泥汞进行了测定。共获底栖动物17种,底泥汞含量在0.18~1.18mg/kg之间。污水生物指数法和生物学指数法对南明河的水质评价为中污染一重污染。底泥单因子汞评价表明,水体受到不同程度的污染,底泥土壤级别为2~3级。The macroinvertebrate community and water quality had been researched from Sanjiangkou to Shuikousi in the Nanming River in Guiyang in January, March and May of 2004. We selected five sections of the to monitor again macroinvertebrate for three times( i. e. normal water season,dry season and plentiful of the in Nanming River water season)in October of 2004 ,January and May of 2005 and to monitor Hg of bottom - mud in May of 2005. The authors obtained 17 species of macroinvertebrate altogether in the 5 sections. The Hg contents of bottom-mud is between 0.18 and 1.18 mg/kg. At the same time, we adopted the pollution bio-index and the biological pollution index(BPI) to appraise water quality of investigatied sections that were medium-serious contaminated, and adopted the single-element of Hg of bottom-mud to appraise water quality that was different level contaminated. The level of bottom-mud soil is 2 to 3.
