摘 要:在碱性介质中,盐酸多巴胺对鲁米诺-KIO4化学发光体系有明显的增强作用,据此,结合流动注射技术,建立了微量快速测定盐酸多巴胺的流动注射化学发光分析法。该法线性范围为0.1—100μg∥L,检出限0.02μg/L(3σ);对1.0μg/L盐酸多巴胺11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为2.9%。此法已成功地用于注射剂及血浆中盐酸多巴胺的分析。It was found that the chemiluminescence(CL) emitting from the reaction of luminol with potassium periodate in alkaline solution could be strongly enhanced by dopamine hydrochloride. Based on this phenomenon, a new flow injection CL method for the determination of dopamine hydrochloride was proposed. The linear relationship between the intensity of CL and the concentration of dopamine hydrochloride was in the range of 0. 1 - 100μg/L with a detection limit of 0. 02μg/L(3σ). The relative standard deviation(n = 11 ) was 2.9% for 1.0μg/L dopamine hydrochloride. The method was successfully applied to the determination of dopamine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical samples and blood plasma.
