摘　　要：提出了按工作行程最小传动角对曲柄滑块机构进行优化设计的方法,并分析了速比系数的大小对机构工作行程传动性能的影响,给出了设计参数,这些参数为设计者在机构设计时急回程度的选择以及机构尺寸的确定提供了依据,具有较好的实用价值。Optimal design of the slider - crank mechanism is presented according to the minimum transmission angle in the work stroke. Design parameters are given by means of analyzing influence of the velocity - ratio coefficient on the transmission performance of the slider - crank mechanism. These design parameters provide design agist of selecting quick - return characteristics and determining mechanism sizes for designers in mechanism design.
