摘 要:以山西某焦化厂高温煤焦油为原料,采用加氧保护剂、加氢脱金属催化剂、加氢精制催化剂、缓和加氢裂化催化剂组成的级配方式在小型加氢评价装置上进行加氢工艺研究,并在系统压力12.0MPa条件下考察了反应温度、氢与油体积比、液态空速对高温煤焦油加氢的影响。实验结果表明,在系统压力12.0MPa、温度380℃、氢与油体积比1800:1、液态空速0.28h^-1的条件下对高温煤焦油进行加氢改质,可以实现煤焦油的轻质化,汽油馏分(初馏点~200℃)、柴油馏分(200—360℃)、加氢尾油(高于360℃)分别占产物质量的17.69%,62.04%,20.27%。加氢尾油可作为优质的催化裂化或加氢裂化掺炼原料。Study on hydrogenation of high temperature coal tar from a Shanxi coking plant was carried out in pilot hydrogenation unit using catalysts possessing properties of protection, demetalization,hydrofining, and also mild hydrocracking. The raw coal tar could be upgraded to light distillate - gasoline, diesel oil and hydrogenation tail oil by integrated hydrogenation under conditions of system pressure 12.0 MPa,reaction temperature 380 ℃ ,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 1 800 : 1 and liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV)0. 28 h^-1. Under optimum conditions, mass fraction of gasoline was 17.69%, mass fraction of diesel oil was 62.04% , mass fraction of hydrogenation tail oil was 20.27%. The hydrogenation tail oil obtained from process could be used as superior FCC or hydrocracking feedstock.
