摘 要:以工业TiOSO4液为钛源,复合模板剂EO20PO20EO20(P123)和十六烷基三甲基澳化铵(CTAB)为结构导向剂,在超分子自组装诱导作用下,控制溶液出值调控TiOSO4液的水解缩聚速率。使水合二氧化钛均匀沉积于复合模板剂形成的胶束上,经煅烧脱模后制得有序介孔TiO2.在高极性的水溶液中。P123降低了CTAB非极性头基间的排斥作用,复合模板通过与TiO2无机前体自组装形成有序介孔结构。合成产物采用SEM、TEM、电子衍射、XRD及等温N2吸附等进行分析表征。结果表明:介孔TiO2有序度高,孔道分布窄,呈六方排列,平均孔径3.0nm,比表面积132.6m^2/g,孔隙率36%,孔容0.19cm^3/g;孔壁晶化为锐钛型,经450℃煅烧脱模后晶粒长大,晶粒尺寸为14.22nm,基本粒子大小介于30-70nm之间,并团聚为类球形颗粒。Using a composite surfactants template (P123 and CTAB) as structure directing agents, ordered mesoporous TiO2 was synthesized via supra-molecular self-assembly mute from industrial TiOSO4 solution. The hydrolysis and polycondensation rate of aqueous TiOSO4 solution was controlled through controlling the pH of solution , and the ordered mesoporous structure was obtained by calcinations after template removed. In high polar aqueous solution, the excluding interactions of non-polar group for CrAB was reduced by P123's insertion, and the.mesoporous structure was formed as a result of serf-assembly between composite surfactants and precursor of TiO2. The ordered mesoporous TiO2 powder was characterized by SEM, TEM, ED, XRD, and N2 isothermal absorption and desorption methods. The results showed that ordered mesoporous TiO2is highly ordered and has a narrow hexagonal packed structure, with average pore diameter of 3.0 nm, surface area of 132.6 m^2/g, porosity of 36% and pore volume of 0.19 cm^3/g. The pore wall was partially crystallized with an anatase phase, crystal size was grown up to 14.122 nm after calcinations at 450 ℃, basic grain size ranging from 30 to 70 nm, and owing to congregation they display larger analogous spherical particles.
